Coaching Practices Inventory (CPI)

One of the most desirable leadership competencies is that of coach.
Through the use of the CPI, supervisors, managers, or team leaders can be assessed as coaches. Direct report
employees and the individual being assessed respond to statements about coaching behavior. The CPI produces detailed individual feedback reports that identify coaching strengths, developmental
opportunities, and a complete analysis of both quantitative and qualitative input.A Coaching Practices journal is also available to guide recipients in the development of their coaching skills.
